Amber Kennedy is a police officer at Xuden City. She work as a secretary for Chief Detective Ness Redfield by dealing any small problems that the Chief doesn't want to do, or go out the field to solve major case. After Graduating high school, Amber join the police academy, so she can become a police officer like her brother. Her older brother Leon Kennedy join the same school like her, but always done better than her at anyway possible. Amber had no problem having simple being out shine by her older brother, but once in her life she want to do something greater, that her older brother can't do. At the police station, Amber, and her brother team up with a new detective name Larry Alexis Wing that join the forces months back. Amber become a good friend with Larry, even had him over at her place to have some fun. But she learn that Larry was actually a girl, and also learn that Alexis had a heart for her older brother.
