I was reminded of the movie poster for the upcoming Detective Pikachu. A sign in the back of the poster advertised "Unova style Pizza"...given how Unova is the Pokemon Universe analog to New York

Yep, and the Pokémon version of the existing Dove company would called "Pidove" in the Pokémon universe.
