All you need is the ear headband, and a pair of headphones.
I know Joann Fabrics has the kitty ears on uber-sale right now, so you can pick them up from there for cheap (halloween sale).
And if you need any more details, just ask ^.^;; (I'm horrible at giving directions though) x.x
