if you want him to stop biting your hands, wait until he does it again, then put your index finger under his jaw and press down on his tongue with your thumb until he yelps. if he doesn't learn after the first time, do it again. if he doesn't learn after the second time... he might be ritarded. but for certain he probably won't want your hands in his mouth again after that. it's not cruel, trust me... i worked as a vet tech for years and this is how you train a puppy not to bite.

Typically, sticking a finger down their throats when they get a hold of your hand is the fastest way to dissuade them. You use their gag reflex against them and they'll pick it up fast.

Hmm, tricky. Have you tried spraying your fingers with bitter apple? Then they might not be bacon-y (they do say people taste like ham)
Also don't hold it against him, puppies teeth and the whole nippy thing is mostly a stage they grow past (so long as you don't encourage it). It's not that your fingers are tasty, it's just they make good chew toys Maybe hold a chew toy when he comes after you so there's an alternative item to nibble instead of you.
I could go on, but really I'm no expert, dog training is just a hobby to me. You could take a look at some dog training books for expert advice.

I've heard perfume/deodorant will stop a dog from biting anything. Aaaaaaaaanythiiiiiiing. :O Caue they hate the deodorant's taste, and will start avoiding anything that has the perfume's smell after they get a nice mouthful.

Ah damn! I know I would. That stuff might smell nice but it tastes nasty.
