Terms of Commissioning
*Please send me a note if you're interested in buying a commission.
*Depending on type of commission, lack of reference may result in an upcharge or your commission being denied. Inquire if you want to purchase a custom character design.
*I work by sending Paypal invoice links.
*Invoices must be paid in full before work is begun.
*For finished (non sketch) pieces, unless I'm working with you to create a custom design, you will receive a rough preview sketch. If you have any requests to change major aspects of the commission (pose, major details), you make them at this stage, and I will not finish the commission until you have approved this sketch. I will change colours or minor details once the commission is completed, but not major (lineart) alterations.
*You may repost with credit and a link back to my gallery; you may not use it commercially without first clearing with me, and I reserve the right to charge more for these rights. (That said, I don't care if you're selling a character and charging more for the character because you've had art done of them. Knock yourself out.)
*Refunds are done on a case by case basis.
*I reserve the right to deny a commission for any reason without disclosure of said reason.

*Logo/graphic design

I will not draw
*Canon characters (you want an Agumon? Sure! Want me to draw Taichi and Agumon? No, sorry.)
*Explicit porn
*Most fetish art-- feel free to inquire, but prepare for the possibility of rejection
*Politically-charged art
*Heavily detailed robotics/mecha and armor
