After the Forces of Natures incident, where Bill had grown Angus to a much greater size than he ever grew anyone before, Cid decided it was time to study this power.
And firstly, its limits, or rather their supposed nonexistence.
It took a good long time to prepare all the equipment and other technobabble stuff, but it eventually was done.
"Okay, I have your normal measurements, the systems are calibrated on your vitals and will keep measuring you in real time, the communication implant is safely fixed in your fin, and the illusions are in place," summed up Cid. "We're ready. Only one thing left to do..."
The Emboar turned towards the Mega-Swampert.
"Knock yourself out!" he laughed.
"With pleasure," smirked Bill as he called upon the power, and already felt the growth begin.
