I'm also gonna take a few chibi ref commissions. This also is my first time doing a reference sheet. (this will not be customs either... but if you want customs, i'm only doing them for my species!)

-Please provide me with a clear image of character
-If there is any sort of additional character design add ons thats is not on the original image, please also provide images for those add ons.
-I will not accept descriptions of said character (please refer to rule above)
-SFW ONLY!!!
-PLEASE be specific on what outfit you'd like! Pictures/References are a needed!
-I will request payment before I start. (paypal only!)
-I will also send you wips (sketch, lineart, colors)
