Up until this last tueday gone, this is what my teeth were like! XD
5 years ago all my wisdoms where on a 90 degree angle like the bottom one there, and i was supposed to have them removed.. but due to the VERY high cost of getting them out, i didnt worry about it. But a few months back the bottom one on the other side got infected and i had to see a dentist. I got this xray and it showed that the top two and bottom one you cant see in this pic are actually impacted and also unreachable, thus they coulnt be cleaned and must be removed. the sideways one is extremely impacted and the mad fluids around it could eat way the tooth in front, thus it had to be removed also....
it cost ALOT of money to get em out... so i'm strapped for cash atm ;___;
And today, i dont have them anymore! I'm just in major discomfort and cant eat properly.. I even got to to keep the teeth they removed!! (i wont show them.. they are still bloody! ew!)

Nice, I get to look forward to what you just had done in a few weeks myself. My xray looks exactly the same. But my wisdom teeth are impacting my molars with so much force, its actually cracking the roots to my main back molars :( I get to possibly get a crown/tooth rebuilt next week.. then wisdom teeth get yanked.oh what fun..
good luck with your recovery.

ouch.. my wisdom teeth already got removed except for one... and this one is hard reachable with my teeth brush, it already has a small hole, and I fear that the dentist wants to remove that ome as well... I hate removed teeth, my mouth is always so bloody afterwards, especially on the next day T_T
Poor thing :( Just had a molar removed some weeks ago and the gum just finished healing earlier. Then i ate some french fries and it lodged between a tooth and the healing gum, stabbing into it so i was bleeding and whining. Then i plucked out the french fry out with pliers..it bled quite a bit.
Don't eat fries for gods sake!

Hey there vixen. I wish you well in your recovery! I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth and I know how annoying it is when having them removed. 16 incjections and some drilling and pulling, and out they come.
Hope your experience wasn't too bad, only painful thing I had was a split lip when the dentist tried to pull one of my teech out which was stuck really well :)

Whatever you do...don't try to tackle any powdered snacks (pixie sticks), they will kick your ass. I had that happen when my mouth was still numb on one side fighting a powdered cocoa packet from an MRE (and drinking a canteen of water).

I didnt have to wait long, i chose the date i wanted mine out ( i wanted to make sure i was well and truely gonna be recovered for midfur) so i chose end of october. The place i went to doesnt have a mega waiting list, if i were to get it done asap it could have been done within two weeks from when i i found i needed them out! If your still in Aussie land and could get to canberra... i can give you a name and number for the place i went to?
Me, I had to get all four of mine removed a few years back. Of course, due to them removing all of them, now, from time to time, when I eat, I can at times get a "clicking" in my jaw which I believe is due to something involving the jaw joint itself. Nothing I can do about it, but sometimes the pain can go to my ear as it seems to get higher and stronger in the hurting aspects. >.< I do hope you do not have to worry about such a thing. But, then again, you probably wont know if that happens till later. And, unfortunatly, nothing can be done about that either. >.<I am just lucky that is the only thing dental related I have had to get done. Other then Stupid Wisdom teeth, I have not had cavaties or any other dental problems. ^^
Unlucky and lucky both! I was warned of all the possible things that can happen.. even possible weakening of the jaw which and fracture if i bite something to hard >.> i was given a list of a heap of crazy things like that i just have to wait and see ^^ and yes your very lucky not to have any other problems XD i've had to get two fillings jus before i got my wisdoms out, and thats it so far =3
For me, they never even gave me such a list. Though, I did find if funny and mildy enjoy how the sedative afterwards made my whole mouth/jaw feel as though it were made of rubber. Of course, it also made eating so to speak to be quite challenging as it would just slip right out of my mouth. XD
Holy fuck, I didn't ever think teeth could be coming along like this Oo" I can ve very glad that my wisdoms all grew out properly, no pain at all over years, and generally healthy. I will keep them until something weird might happen with them, but I don't think this is gonna be like from now on anymore.
I guess you were unconscious when they were taken out, otherwise it would have been incredible pain, ay?

Arnt you a lucky foxy ^^ if they cause you no problems then the dentist say you can leave them in, but if they do cause problems, the earlier you get them out the better!
And yes, i was in an IV drip, i was conscious enough to be able to open my mouth for the dentist, but out of it enough that i dont remember anything! it was like i closed my eyes for a moment and bam! i was awake and it was all over XD
