Yes, I do digital art most of the time. The program I use is Paint Tool SAI which is pretty good for getting clean smooth lines. I had the same problem with getting my lines smooth, then I found out about SAI thanks to this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2817406/ and how it can sorta autocorrect for line smoothness and how you can control it. It's pretty nifty.
