That face is just.. so awesome. It really works in conveying that he just tries to do something that makes him look like he knows what he's doing when what he's looking at is something he has no idea yet cause he didn't had any training in that sort of ship's insallment and just knows he's screwed if whatever he does implodes. :I

He looks kinda lost.. or maybe just stressed. Kinda a big deal when anything from shielding to elevators and lights are suppose to work on your watch.
I don't think the uniform looks THAT much like DeadSpace Tech (I played it again the other day) but.. I'm sure you'll come up with some visually attractive way to display crew vitals sooner or later.
