I really do not get their logic at all: "we are open and tolerant, except to those who do not share our ideas".

What a joke. And they think that the catholics are hypocrites? One is either free or not free. How can one be "half-free"? How can one have half of freedom? Either one can hold any position he wants to have or not, but the idea that the German state has the right to dictate "which is the right side" is just absurd. No wonder we middle easterners believe that democracies are a joke. We prefer being ruled by God, not by men.
