I attempted to make a Second Person POV narrative when I got bored a while back. Soft vore warning, so if you aren't really into that, then this may not be that suitable for you. Personally, I would read the PDF, much easier to see.
It was Saturday, which for you meant the beginning of a weekend of relaxation, if it wasn’t in the middle of winter. It was January, and enough snow had begun to pour onto the roads that school was closed on Friday. With nothing to do and no homework to finish, you decide to go out into the snow, to hopefully find a few friends down at your meeting spot in the woods. These friends of yours, including yourself, were those who didn’t care about popularity and didn’t have any special talents, just a wild imagination that creates crazy scenarios. Your parents are gone, stuck in a snowstorm during a trip, and the babysitter had to leave to make sure her power wasn’t out. Luckily for you, your babysitter and parents trusted you enough to go into the woods alone.
As you enter the path, you immediately feel like something is off, something that you can’t see or grab, one that is more of a gut feeling. You check your surroundings just to be sure. All around the woods were trees, obviously. Snow hung from the tips of the branches, and the bark was a much darker shade of brown than the previous day, meaning the snow on the tree had begun to melt, causing the water to soften the tree’s roots from overexposure. The snow beneath you came to the end of your high sock, the boots half sunken into the cold, white blanket. Seeing nothing out of the ordinary, you continue forward, constantly looking behind your shoulder to see if someone was following you. The gateway up ahead was already opened, the rusted lock barely visible in the ground. That meant someone else was here, you thought ecstatically. The moment you passed the gate, you began to hear a faint whisper in the breeze, the sound growing louder as you walked past the gateway and deeper into the woods. A snowstorm? Some mythical voice? You had no idea, but it didn’t stop you from trucking along the path, which was now beginning to be harder to see. In a few seconds, you could only see 10 feet in front of yourself. In the back of your mind, you confirmed to yourself that it was indeed a snowstorm. After a few steps, you stop, as if a voice had pierced into your head and told you to come to a halt. You eye a pair of footsteps off the trail, the large prints in a striped design. Those could be anyone’s shoes, you thought to yourself. You began to walk away, but then turn back, concerned if those were the soles of your friend. Beginning to feel slightly nervous, you look at the atmosphere covering the area once more.
As visibility became worse and worse, you could see a pair of dark blue eyes in the mist, a low hissing noise emitting from the creature. The wind whipped your face, small pieces of snow sticking to your face. You wipe the snow off your eyes, and when you look again the eyes were gone, replaced by a thick line creating a pathway leading to who knows where. Judging by the eyes, and the noise it made, you start to wonder if it was a snake. Before following after the creature, though, you inspect the newly crafted pathway. It’s at least one foot wide, and with enough weight that it reached the confined dirt with ease. If this a snake, you say to yourself, then it’s most likely the largest one I’ll ever see. While confused, you don’t feel as frightened by the snake as you should, due to the fact that they’re your favorite obsession. The thought gave a sense of unfelt comfort, something you knew you would never experience, or at least thought you never would. You crouch along the path, worried that the snake may be looking for you, and the fact that the snowy winds don’t waft into your vision as easily. The longer you crawl, the darker it gets, making you feel uncertain if this is the right path. You begin to stand up, but by either pure instinct or a split second of possession, instantly slam back into the snow and begin crawling again. Once the light disappears, the sound of the pounding winds disappear, too. You can’t tell where you are, but the floor has begun to turn harder, and tighter pushes are required to keep crawling along the unknown path. When you attempt to lift your head to survey the area, you hit your head against a jagged roof, not thinking that something was above your head. Believing that you were still on track, you guess that you’ve stumbled upon a secondary way to get inside a cave, complete with sharp rocks and the subtle sound of water echoing off the walls. In front of you, but a seemingly impossible distance ahead, you can faintly see a light, fading in and out of your vision.
Fire.
You crawl as fast as you can, the muscles in your arms and legs beginning to ache, begging for a quick rest. But you don’t stop, you don’t know why, but something compels you to keep moving. As the fire seems closer, the roar of the snow gets louder, meaning you were getting closer to the surface. Once at the end of the tunnel, you give one last effort with the rest of your strength and manage to pull through, your body collapsing onto the floor instantly. You take off your heavy gear, which has been ripped and torn through the tunnel, and make sure you have no cuts. Once knowing you were safe, you sit in front of the fire, sighing. Gazing into the fire, you eventually fall asleep, hoping that when you wake up, everything will be alright. Little did you know, the serpent was coming back, and it was hungry.
It isn’t long before you wake up to the sound of something curling up in the corner of the cave. As you begin to open your eyes, you see that in front of your face was the snake from earlier. You scrambled back into your corner, trying to keep away from the beast. It was colossal, taking up at least half the space inside of the cave. The floor beneath it was a large clump of coils, with no snow being visible. Its body was white with light blue diamonds, and the belly was also white, with some sort of lining on it. Fur? You couldn’t tell. The snow outside had stopped blowing, but you felt cold to the bone. Goosebumps popped on your body, as you shivered in the cold, your body having trouble keeping still. At this rate, you felt like you’d get frostbite. The snake came closer to your face, and with nowhere to hide, you stand your ground. The snake looks at you curiously, determining what to do with you. At this point, snake lover or not, you were scared, unsure of what your fate may be. The snake’s tail came out from behind itself, slowly approaching your unstable legs. You tried to push it back, afraid that you would be its next meal, but the snake’s strong, thick coils easily shifted your legs into its grasp, beginning to wrap its coils around your legs. As soon as the coils brushed against your skin, you stopped fighting, the warmth and comfort overpowering your senses. Any thoughts of chillness were gone, replaced by the basking sensation of amenity. It felt like hypnosis, except without the golden watch or swirling eyes. It was exactly what you had dreamed about for the longest time, and the feeling was perfect. The coils came to your waist, restraining your arms, the last means of fighting back drained from your body. The fur from the end of the coils latched onto your body, adding a secondary layer of comfort. The process felt so slow, yet it was going so fast, the coils already approaching your neck. You chuckle when it tightens around your body, forgetting the fact that you were ticklish. Once your body is covered in a vast sea of coils, the snake retreats to the dark side of the cave, dragging you along with it. Barely able to move, you tilt your head and look at the snake. It looks calm, not aggressively forcing you to follow, but also not letting you leave without a taste. Once invisible in the darkness of the cave, it turns you upside down, raising its head as its jaw begins to open into a slimy abyss. As you feel the blood rush to your head, your senses begin to kick in again for a few seconds with the help of last second adrenaline. Looking into the jaw of the giant, a sense of fear and urgency crosses your mind, wanting to desperately escape, thoughts of death entering your conscious. But you let the snake continue its course. It may seem stupid, but you don’t want to pass this opportunity, and because of the fact that there was no way you could get out of this now. The snake easily slides your body into its jaw, only taking a split second to slightly unhinge its jaw to fit your shoulders inside. A small bulge can be seen in the snake’s throat, where your body was being pushed inside. You take deep breaths as your visibility is reduced to zero, unsure of what was in front of you. It was sweltering and moist inside, with saliva dripping unto your face. Once your feet are inside the jaw, you move rapidly through the digestive tract, the bulge that is your body disappearing in an instant. All of this seemingly takes no effort for the gigantic snake as it lowers its head, jaw still open. In the blink of an eye, you stop, having ended up at the resting point in your journey into the unknown.
Once you came to the stopping point, the snake closed its jaw, and began to make its way outside in the snow, the slithering movements of the snake being felt inside as you were moving up and down, up and down, as it moved towards a large tree with thick branches to support the snake’s weight. You take the time to relax, feeling the muscles pull you along the snow. It felt like being dragged in a river made out of memory foam, a comfort you couldn’t explain, but felt so connected towards. While not in the best situation, it was one you had secretly wanted for what seems like your entire life. As it made its way up the tree, you felt your body rub against the bark, suspended in mid air. At this point, you begin to notice that something is off, you felt tired. All of the energy that you had in the snake’s throat was being sapped away by...the snake? The thought is broken as the snake reaches its destination, the body part holding your body being suspended below the tree branch. You let out a small coo as you slide below the branch, the feeling being equal to that of a unimaginably squishy hammock that has wrapped you upside down. As you suspend in air, you feel your body shaking as you try and move into a comfy position. The heat inside has also gotten much warmer since you entered, leading you to believe the snake was taking your strength, and some heat, as its source of food. You laugh at the fact that you won’t die, all the extra anxiety and fear washing away instantly. The only problem now was, how much strength would you lose. The snake, feeling your movements, begins to sway you back and forth, toying with you as your eyes begin to have trouble staying open. You smile to yourself as the coils swing you back and forth, the feeling something you never wanted to let go of. It was like a lullaby, a long yet peaceful way to fall asleep. Before losing control of your thoughts, you promise to yourself to come back here, that is if you can, to see if this snake will still be here for another round. Soon after this promise, knowledge of what you were doing, or why you were here, began to fade away. You feel your body turn numb as you begin to enter your last few seconds of consciousness. You beg your mind to stay awake, wanting to feel this feeling as long as possible, but every muscle and limb has been drained of energy, so you shut your eyes as the gentle rocking motions put you into a deep sleep.
“Hey, can you hear me? Kid?”
“Wonder when ___ will wake up?”
“Everyone shut up, I see movement!” You start to wake up, voices faintly heard in around you. The world seems fuzzy, and you barely have the strength to move around.
“W...where am I?” You weakly say. You try to roll over to see who was talking to you, but all of your limbs refused to move, too weak and tired to do so.
“I can’t move.” You spit out, as you feel a pair of strong hands turn you around so you can see where you are. It was your bedroom, with a queen sized bed, a desk, and a few posters that hung on the walls to decorate the room. In front of you were two boys, and one girl, all looking deeply relieved. The boy on the left looked 13, with glasses and recently combed hair, and the boy on the right was 15, who looked like he had just come back from running a 5K at top speed. Every feature screamed athletic, and maybe a bit troublesome, too. The girl at the edge of the bed looked 14, with blond hair reaching her shoulders, and a innocent looking smile on her face.
“Yeah, we found you under a tree branch out of the trail, knocked out and barely breathing. All your snow gear was gone, and you were out there in only a T-shirt and sweatpants. It’s amazing you didn’t get frostbite. We would’ve taken your fleece, too, but it was too disgusting.”
“What do you mean?” Memories started to flow back into your conscious. The cave, the fire, the snake that came inside, the search for a possible friend.
The warmth and comfort.
“It was covered in...saliva? We don’t really know, but whatever it was you’re lucky to be alive. As for the other kid we found, he had come to the same spot, before falling unconscious in the snow by a reason he didn’t explain. You should take it easy for a couple of days, wait for your energy to regain. We’ll stay here with ya, make sure no one comes for you in the middle of the night.” The boy on the far right playfully punches you in the arm, and you chuckle, not being able to retaliate. In the back of your head, you knew what they were trying to explain. What species it was is a different story though, that snake was far from normal. But, you promised to yourself that you would go back to visit again.
