Been awhile since I posted anything of Lilly hasn't it?
It's funny how things maybe aren't how you imagine them once you finally get them. Getting a garage has always been a dream of ours, and don't get me wrong it is quite amazing having our on little private place just to be us together out of the weather and warm snug inside. But lately my roomate's been away for work and that means Lilly's got it every night for a long time, and I've started getting the feeling that Lilly doesn't really enjoy it much in large quantities. Stuck in a tiny box in the dark hours on end? I can't be with her all the time after all. Outside might be more open to the elements, but at least she can feel the fresh air on her face and watch the other cars drive by, the animals, or talk to the odd car that parks nearby. I get it. So every now and then when I get the feeling from her she's getting a bit of cabin fever I'll park her outside.
However today may have been the wrong day to do so lol. We had a sudden blizzard and by the time I got her she was turned into a full blown Lillysickle. </3
So I pulled her back into the warmer garage and sat with her and let her thaw. Can say one thing, this garage offers quite a few firsts. Think this is the first time I've made out with Lilly while she's frozen lol. Warmed up her lips nice and fast lol!
Once she began to thaw out I got a towel and started wiping the snow off of her cute little body. Afterwords I made a little Lilly snowman out of what was wiped off of her lol.
God I love this little girl. <3 Oh, and an update she's now at 196,000 miles, almost at the big 200K milestone, I'm so proud of her.

Lilly! :) It feels like forever since I last saw her! I’m glad to hear she’s doing well. Apart form momentary getting turned into a snowcar, that is. X) I can definitely relate to your feelings on her being in the garage for so long. I’ve often wondered about whether or not cars get lonely at night when they’re in the garage all by themselves. Since I live in an apartment, Cecelia never has to worry about being alone at night since there are other cars in the parking garage area, and my dad’s car, Phil (my mom named him), Parks out on the street with the other cars, so he always has other cars around to keep him company, too. But I’ve wondered about cars that have a garage all to themself at night.
Maybe you can balance it out so Lilly can be parked outside during the day, and then have her parked in the garage at night? Or maybe spend some time in the garage with her before bed? You and Lilly have a really strong bond, so I think that if something was wrong, like she was feeling lonely or scared, that you’ll feel it.
