Based on Inktober 2018 Prompt 14: Clock.
I noticed that when it comes to Megaman fan art, most people prefer the main timeline robot masters.
So when I saw the prompt "clock", I think of the time I used to play my PSP a lot.
So I thought of Time Man (from Megaman: Powered Up... or Rockman Rockman for the Japanese fans).
Went for the standard body proportions instead of the chibi style.
