Thinking of Thanks
It then became November which meant it was just another month in Australia. At least it was that way for Luna but she would learn about another holiday thanks to Nicholas. It found her just outside the same grocery store they along with Jordan and Wolfychu had gone to when the vixen had first met the fosky. Right now she was out doing Pokemon Go as the game had gotten even more interesting. This time she was wearing a cute white top and black choker. The female then looked up and saw the long-haired male coming out of the store with food. “Hey Nicholas!” she called to him. Despite her feelings and blushing around him, Luna felt a bit more confident this time around the male.
“Hey Luna,” he replied. The guy saw what she was doing and grinned. “Trying to get some more?”
“Yeah, those things you showed me have really been helping! I’ll be ready when that game comes out this month!”
“Wish I could…” The fosky got a sad look.
“You don’t have a Switch?” the vixen asked.
“It’s too damn expensive right now. I’ve got to use most of my money on other expenses.”
“Maybe something will come up next month. So then, what you got in the bags?”
“A little something for a meal on Thursday 22end,” Nicholas answered.
“Why that?”
“Oh yeah, that’s right; you guys here don’t celebrate it. But someone who just came from the United States celebrates Thanksgiving on that day.”
“Wait, isn’t that the one where you stuff your faces with food?” the female asked.
Nicholas let out a chuckle. “It’s more than that. It’s really a day for giving thanks and spending time with family. While I won’t got all out, it’s still a little reminder of what I’m missing back home.”
“So what’s in there?” The fosky told her. “Oh that’s sounds good!” The female had both her index fingers pointed out and her tongue out like she could almost taste it.
“It will be. I’ll be calling them during that time and it should be good.”
“Well I hope it goes well,” Luna said. “Maybe that day if you can we can go out for Pokemon or again during the weekend.”
“Sounds fun. We’ll definitely do that.” With a nod, she walked away and Nicholas was left to think that here was another thing that he was thankful for. Meeting the vixen who was such a beauty and perfect in every way to him. Nicholas had already begun a plan and put it into motion. The only question was how long it would take.
