Claiming, Buying, and Refund Rules
• Do NOT claim a design if you don't have the money on hand and readily available, AND if you're sure you want the adoptable.
• Your account MUST be 5 months of age. I will not sell to you if you show inactivity and/or look suspicious.
• Payment must be sent within 48 hours after an invoice is sent to your email/paypal.
• Failure to pay will result in a loss of your claim and up for resale/given to the next person.
• Refunds can be issued within twenty-four (24) hours after purchasing the design. Refunds will not be made after these 24 hours unless an emergency arises that I cannot control.
Adoptable and Art Rules
• Reselling, trading, and gifting are allowed! Please notify me of the new owner so I may update my database; you must also give the new owner the linked TOS.
• If reselling: you may only sell for the original purchase price. Commissioned art can be added, but only if the artists are okay with it.
• Do not add your own rules to my designs when reselling/trading/gifting.
• Design can be edited to your liking and be used for commercial usage, as long as it isn't my art being used.
• Artwork may not be edited, claimed to be anyone else's, or reproduced for commercial usage in any way.
