Wanted to make myself a new reference since the old one was outdated! I've been working on lore for my fursona for MONTHS as well and have a somewhat solid character for her now instead of just existing.

She is a Japanese Maneki Neko, or Beckoning Cat. While she can interact with people they are unaware of her true nature and see her as a good luck charm when, in fact, she has more devious plans most of the time. Don't let that cute grin fool you!

Residing in Akihabara, Tokyo, she does what she can in her free time to make a couple extra bucks: repairing arcade machines, fishing coins out of vending machines, fixing up holes in clothes. She has a knack for sewing but only knows one stitch. She camps out on the front stoop of a teppanyaki restaurant (hibachi-style food is a guilty pleasure). She will equally settle for vegetable tempura or chicken teriyaki.

No, she does not know how to use chopsticks. She has fastened a piece of rolled up paper and a rubber band to two sticks to cheat with.

Rarely, but occasionally, she will pick-pocket tourists. It doesn't normally go well; her escape vehicle is a skateboard and she barely knows how to control it. But it looks cool and that's all that matters! Victims easily catch up and retrieve their wares before giving her a swift kick in the rear.

She learned her Japanese from watching anime. She's a snob: the series can't be too long and has one chance to impress her before she moves onto something else. Re-watching favorite shows over and over again is redundant but does happen. Of course she enjoys dubs over subs, and vice versa. She hoards any memorabilia of her favorite characters and constantly fantasizes of dressing up as them.

As a fursuit she's very outgoing, bubbly and loud! She wants ALL of your attention and love. Her sarcastic side can come out but don't be disheartened if you are confused, she's just teasing you. Swishy butt wiggles are a must and she will happily pose for any photos!
