That's a god question did they do the ritual right to get rid of Mama Tattletale?

They didn't use the 5 candles and the pentagram so I'd say they did it all wrong.

That means that Mama Tattletail (who can clearly be seen staring through the window there) can come back for revenge. That would be a great idea for a sequel with Mama using a leftover youth grenade on Miss Pie to turn her into a toddler. Then when they defeat Mama the right way Miss Pie can use an aging potion to get back to normal, after joining her little ones in an hour of baby playtime that is
