This is Young Pioneer Girl from Soviet Propaganda cartoon The Adventures of the Young Pioneers, http://westerncivilization.trifecta.....p=41998#p41998 where a group of Young Pioneers (two boys and a girl) have been invaded by the Nazis. They battle not only the invading German forces but a Quisling citizen. They lead several sabotage efforts against the occupiers. Eventually the trio is captured and about to be , when the Soviet Forces arrive and drive the Germans out.
