Rules:
-Not canine exclusive! The background is compatible with different species.
-Accessories, hair, horns, etc can be added.
-Blood can be added.
-Bid ends 48 hours after last bid.
-Reply to highest bidder in comment chain.
-Can pay half before starting and half after or all at once before.
-If winner doesn’t reply or backs out in 3 days it goes to second highest.
-Minimal increase is the mimimum amount you can rise the bid.
-Any watchers that win the auction get discounts at certain tiers.
$1 - $2.49 gets you a 5% discount.
$2.50 - $4.99 gets you a 15% discount.
$5 - $9.99 gets you a 30% discount.
$10+ gets you a 40% discount.
When it comes to decimals i will be rounding it up to the highest number.
