redesign of my friend's old OC, skittle!!

I definitely wanted to keep the rainbows as it was her signature thing, but the bright blue just felt too in your face so I substituted that for a light gray/tan. the black markings are just for accent/detail.

I also added freckles to look like confetti/sprinkles to fit more with the candy theme

she's now a candy shop owner to fit more with her name and theme ;0c
