This is a really gorgeous character concept. Looks like a Wendigo crossed with a demon of some kind. Fits well with the punk clothes, too.
(And, hey, maybe just for the sake of peace and tranquility, would you consider editing out that part in your description? Public fights like that are really saddening to see and I think you're far above that kind of thing.)
