Do you have any prior experience with fursuits?
This was my first commissioned fursuit, I did not have any fursuit prior to this however I did purchase a premade before I received this.

Did you tell the maker about any issues you had?
I did not tell the maker about the lack of ventilation. I did tell the maker about the tail being quite small. I did ask the maker about the lack of receiving the feetpaws and armsleeves. Still have not received them as of writing this review.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Very difficult to breath in the head due to lack of ventilation. Only wore for about 30 seconds at a time, maybe 2 or 3 times.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
The head is very cute visually but the fur that was used is cheap / not the same fur that was shown to me when I agree'd upon what would be used. Visually the head is accurate based on my reference sheet, minus the eyebrows that my reference does not have.

The head has a moving jaw, it doesn't work well as the head doesn't fit me properly.

The handpaws are poorly made and feel clumsy. I never received the feet.

Appearance Satisfaction

The handpaws are poorly made / feel very rough due to low quality fur being used. Also because of the lack of padding they look bad when being worn. Never received the feet.

The tail looks good visually and the blue fur is nice. The tail is much smaller than I would have liked.

How was your concept art realized?
The make was pretty close to the concept art minus the colors. The head does not have eyebrows.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
The fur matches up but is not the same fur that I agree'd upon initially. The colors are not even correct.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Initial contact was very easy, emailed the maker through their business email and they contacted me back pretty quickly.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
Initially before payment the response time was great. During getting everything agree'd upon in terms of filling out the email form and the specifications. After that response time went way down hill.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
The maker was very professional in terms of written communication, minus the massive amount of excuses for why emails were not sent and also why communication was poor.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
I am not satisfied at all with the completion time of the project. Upon initial agreement the maker promised it would be done for Furrydelphia, it was not. Furrydelphia came and went, then it was "ready" and supposed to be shipped to me during Anthrocon. This also did not happen. Did not receive until October 5th.


Are you happy with the product you received?
The quality of the fur is very poor. It feels very rough and sheds a lot. When wearing the mask I am constantly getting lose fur in my eyes and mouth due to the shedding. The fur is rough to the touch and not at all satisfying.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I was very pleased by the other maker's pictures and previous works. What I received was not up to the standard of the pictures I saw for other suits.
