Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
The head fits on just right! Doesn't wiggle around my head, and doesn't slip off. It is EXTREMELY comfortable to wear! There is a very neat quilted inside that I've never seen in suits even to his day! It doesn't hold in that much heat and its so comfortable, I've almost fell asleep in it a few times. :) Ventilation and vision is great! There is a very small blind spot but nothing too debilitating. Nothing you don't expect from a standard fursuit. I don't have to look down while walking down stairs, I can just look through my mouth. The inside of the snout is very hollow so I can breathe very easily and fit even something as big as a water bottle in there! I've tried on several fursuit heads since receiving Otie and I've never worn something as comfortable as him! (Yet!)

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Symmetry is spot on. No sewing errors. Inside AND outside are properly sewn and there has been no popped seams since the original wear two and a half years ago! The fur is very nice and soft. The expression was similar to the one I sent on the ref sheet. Shaving is a tad choppy in places but the head still looks great visually. She even added sparkle fur on my hairtuft and my neck! It was a nice additional touch that I wasn't expecting!

Special Attachments and Features
Please describe how satisfied you are with any extra features your head has.
I asked the maker to include eyelids, as she made a suit with them before she made mine. She was sculpting my head at the time of my inquiry about the eyelids. She though it was no problem to quickly whip up the eyelids at NO additional cost, even though I brought up the idea in the middle of the commission. They're very high quality. The fleece has pilled overtime but that is to be expected from fleece overtime. One issue I've had with the eyelids is that the glue behind the Velcro has come off multiple times. A very minor problem, but i would highly suggest sewing the Velcro to the fleece if possible next time. After all, it was her second pair of eyelids she has made. I don't hold this issue against her and its just a result of the suit being several years old.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The initial commission was head only. I asked for a tail about two or three months into the commission. A very reckless decision on my part, I admit but was scheduled to dance at Anthro New England that year and the minimum was a head, paws, feet and a tail. I was only missing the tail. I did tell her I was willing to pay, even if the price was increased due to the last minute request. She again, said that it wasn't a problem and asked for roughly 75 more bucks for the tail. I was impressed at the price and I happily paid it in a lump sum as soon as I could. I was BLOWN AWAY when I received a 5 FOOT LONG tail with my fursuit head!!! A floor-dragger for seventy-five bucks was a dang good price.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The tail is very high quality with belt loops made from Polypropylene webbing, something way stronger than I've seen on other tails. There has been no popped seams after over two years of wear, even on the underside. Markings are accurate, they match up well. She even added sparkle fur accents to his tail marking as well! Very satisfied with the tail! Exactly what i'd expect a otter/dog hybrid to look like!!

How was your concept art realized?
I could supply my own, three-view reference. Matched the concept art perfectly. I did ask for whiskers last minute but she wasn't able to add them on such short notice. Again, my fault completely.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
Nothing looks out of place. The colors match up with my paws and arm sleeves that were made separately prior to completion of the head. Then again, its not hard to mess up simple red and white. Everything fits perfectly. The tail holds up after these two years and there has been NO popped seams anywhere on the head or tail! The makers style was represented in my head :D


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I initially emailed her. She was very straightforward and pleasant.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
She would get back to me within a day. Very prompt response time on emails!


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
VERY pleasant and professional, especially since she was working with me as a minor at the time...


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
She completed him in about four months. Very quick!! She delivered him to Anthro New England 2016 so there were no delivery problems. With that being said, she finished the suit right on time!


Are you happy with the product you received?
She has gone above and beyond and impressed me in many ways. Wonderful first experience with commissioning. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding maker. She explained the process so it was easy for me to send her payment and communicate whenever I had questions and requests. She made it very easy for sixteen year old me to fulfill a long-time dream of suiting as Otie!!


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
Would recommend her to anyone! The best company I've EVER worked with in the fandom. She isn't just an extremely talented artist, she is a true friend. Very understanding and easy to work with. I may sound like a broken record at this point but there has been virtually no issues with this maker and my experience has been indescribably positive!
