Comeuppance: Part I
I had to revisit the idea of Candle confronting Mario and Fonso during Foghair. It certainly went places I didn't expect and it definitely isn't canon. ^^ Snippets of RP (courtesy of
Nerull142000 and
ealadubh ) and related commission work have been included in the madness. It's probably rife with errors, but I'm half-asleep so I've stopped caring. >w<'

Hm, that's a complication I didn't foresee. I knew Candle's name when he arrived, so technically he's bonded to me and I'm his acting guardian; I thought Candle would have the same power of oversight over those two. Don't want to have to pull rank over Sprink, but she'd better not get *too* hands-on in her own way - even if it's out of affection...
The situation is a bit complicated on all counts, really. >w< Candle's True Name isn't really Candle, that was an old nickname that stuck better than his birth name, so he can maneuver in the sidhe a bit easier than most. Even though he has magic attached to him, he isn't technically fae and not privy to any means of control further than what one human would have over another. But Sprink is discerning, if a little excitable. She is able to read the intents of spells when she focuses long enough, so I have no doubt she'll step aside when it is appropriate. ^w^
I'm in this? I'm in this. I'm in this!
That was incredible! It's nice to see that at least one of them is apologetic about the whole thing to Candle. It's so nice to read that. And as for Mario, he needs to work harder.

Not forever, Enedia. You already have plenty of animals to help you out.

Acrathia: All in all, everything at the celebration was significantly more fun than I had anticipated. Foghair had many of my favorite things... scantily clad men... transformations... getting to be dramatic... vengeance... and none of the Seelie ran around screaming "Oh no! Acrathia Dark Mistress of the Sidhe has come to destroy us all!" I may have to regularly attend this event.
I suddenly got the idea of some faerie having to deal with someone with a ridiculously long name
