By using "Señor" you are talking to someone in a "formal" way. Therefore, instead of using "estás" you should use "está": "Señor, ¿Qué carajo está haciendo?". Because you are reffering to him by "usted" not by "tú".

In making this picture, I was assisted by a friend who speaks Latin Spanish as his first language. Then this picture was a gift to a friend who also naturally speaks Spanish as his first language.
Neither of them told me this is wrong.

Getting an opinion from yet a THIRD Latino Spanish speaker, he says this sentence was written correctly.
It is true that the sentence does start out being polite or formal, but then her anger shows when she changes the meaning of the sentence halfway through.
