Visiting other friendly looners and getting into silly shenanigans as people know the lil dude. And since he's a toony Dile he doesn't mind them knotting up the balloon nozzle he probably got in from. Though could also be that some of them just used one of their fun balloon trap devices or magic to get him inside there. It's definitely a sweet idea to blow a bubblegum/balloon bubble in there just to see how much he can fill that space out. X3

Would of course always be a pleasure for Shiny to get over to a certain balloon selling Mewdude of his and to see what products there are to play around with yet. ^_^

Hehe, I would totally put us in a BIG mew bubble, hand you a big balloon, take one, and puffing the two balloons so we would squeeze between the two growing orbs ^^

But wouldn't Bliss get mad that we're playing with other balloons than her? Because she tends to get at you when she sees you playing around with balloons. <X3

Looks like a certain Totoknight starts to find interest in squeaky toys. Shiny would surely welcome him if he'd show up while Shiny is playing around. X3

Fun fact: Shiny sometimes visits a place downtown called the Balloon Mansion that a friend of his invited him to after he attended at a Pokélooner party. I guess it's because Shiny got so well known in Tripeaks for gifting away balloons every now and then. The lil guy manages to get in a lot of clubs and groups with through the things he's doing around his home city. ^_^

Well, the farthest he got was space. Was a special delivery via helium balloons. The astronauts were happy about the pizza. =D

Wanted to say thanks again, Chisea. Has been a nice surpise whenever you've shown me a new artwork. I hope that I've not been too much of a bother with my ideas. It felt to me at times like it has been a bit unlucky in regards of the communication between us. I can understand though that some artists are probably much busier and unforseen circumstances can affect it all.

I won't spend too much time talking about Shiny here and just say that you captured the motive in a cute way. The lil fella looking curious and not minding being inside the big balloon there. Very sweet execution of the shading giving the squishy effect of pressure on that second balloon that Shiny is holding. I like the way everything looks and the colors you chose as well. It makes for a playful and neat piece of art.
