One character that I once planned but never got around to using was the local animal warden. Since Jeremy was established as being kind of clueless, I figured the strip needed a real authority figure to keep Mandy in line during her zanier hijinks. This is the only comic I ever wrote that featured him.

Thanks to  joey-poey for looking over the graffiti design, by the way. I wanted it to be readable but otherwise match the style these things typically use, and apparently I got it on the first try.
