An asexual androgynous, FBI agent hellbent on capturing Pulse since she escaped area 51. They are also one of the few people that have seen Pulse's unmasked face.

Deadzone's power is a dampening field that makes the super powers of anyone in it not work. Didn't always have this power.

Pulse First encountered Deadzone after trying to escape area 51. She was brought there after crash landing in Roswell, New Mexico. On her way to freedom, Deadzone, known as Agent #27 at the time, as well as not having any powers, was the final obstacle for her to overcome. She defeated Agent #27 but just barely. wounds of war were apparent. Agent #27 on the other hand found shame in their defeat and new purpose in life then forward, to recapture the escapee.

Agent #27 quickly volunteered for experimental treatment and the result of it was the power they wield now, the dampening field.

With the newfound confidence, the power to nullify powers, and their combat skills with their two swords honed to a fine edge, All Deadzone lives for is Bringing Pulse back. They encounter Her often and push her to her limits every time.
