An elderly, yet deranged witch doctor. he has a hut near the outskirts of the new mexico desert.

After Pulse had defeated Deadzone and escaped Area 51, she was wounded and exhausted, Prime prey for Doc, so he defeated her quickly and took her back to his hut. believing she was a Lizard avatar, he intended to sacrifice her to gain favor with his dark gods.

Thankfully out of the corner of his eye, Hashtag, on a tour bus, saw the smoke from his hut in the distance. He did investigate and Doc attacked him. Hashtag defeated him in quick fashion, and rescued Pulse while he was there.

Doc Dreadful was very physically weak, yet his magic powers were very strong and intimidating.
