A character from a setting I'm thinking of reviving, Lillian Lynx was born human but ended up in this shape as a result of her original body having been lost to post-eschatonic breakdown. The Cosmos Corps (formerly Continuum Corps, but the new name is shorter and punchier) are a relief organization, devoted to preventing worlds from ending and, if they can't, picking up the pieces after they're gone. Lillian works in the Morphology division (as you can tell by her shoulder patch), figuring out what shape people ought to be and preventing transformation technology from being abused. She doesn't care what you do yourself, really, as long as you're aware of how it might affect the world around you; there are dangers associated with letting things get too strange and too widespread too quickly, and a large part of her job is to prevent that kind of collapse.
I've never actually drawn a Corps outfit before, but here's how I envision them looking - the only non-uniform part here is her footwear, but it's part of the explicitly stated policy that agents are free to wear whatever they want on their hands or feet. Since the Corps is full of people of just about any shape imaginable, the uniform had to be simple and easily adapted to fit anyone; this is the humanoid standard, but the basic idea for any shape is dark blue with white or silver edging.
