Just wanted to draw something casual and Muro has been VERY RUDE as of late, so I didn't feel like importing colours.
I actually don't know what the glowy eye thing means. It's just something that looks neat. I like the effect on it but I only ever draw it on stuff like these, rarely on very refined art. Hmmmm.
