I rented a cheap room in some shack in a shack on the Edge. Everything here smells like decaying wood, or worse, but it’s better than going back into the city looking like this. I took a handful of clothes and supplies with me when I went to stay with the witch, they’ll come in handy now whilst I attempt to undo whatever damage she’s done.

My room is a mess of cheap candy wrappers and fast food takeout boxes, I can feel my stomach bulging against my legs. It peeked out from under my shirt, while I petitioned the Mages Guild to give me access to their library. Hopefully something has been transcribed into English, or at least some other accessible language, that I might be able to use. Something about dispelling enchantments. Anything!

I’ve been so hungry lately, it must be because of my transformation. A pig of all things!? She knew what would get under my skin...
