recently,  ub-noc,  ripk, and myself have been watching the duck dodgers series that came out way back. not only am i convinced that there was something going on of a delightfully queer variety, it makes me think some really kinky furs had something to do with the production of the series. First off, this picture actually happened. In the episode guest-starring Dave Mustaine from Megadeth, there is a scene where for no apparent reason, while dressed as seen here (note, the Cadet is in chaps) they are in a significantly more than friendly embrace and proudly looking at the professor, and the professor looks as if he is reconsidering how he feels about something. you'll have to youtube it to believe it. What also gets me is the fact they never miss a chance to make references to risque things that would infer that dodgers and the cadet are not only a couple, but possibly a furry couple. many times they talk about things or use specific language or terminologies particular to certain aspects of the fandom ie: on the Fudd episode, the cadet says, "Why is captain dodgers always trying to get me into a diaper?". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kb6E.....eature=related 1:25 also, there is some terminology and speech used throughout the episode, such as "you're making mother very very angry" and so on. in the episode Pig of Action, it shows that the Cadet has his nipples pierced and wears fake eyelashes. in the green Loontern Episode, they make references to what it's like wearing full body latex and rubber from a perspective you would have kinda have to have been geared up to understand. i think the goofy gophers episode speaks for itself. all i'm going to say is "I'll be right on your tail!". finally. in the episode with Tim Curry as the voice of the galactic rogue, the cadet and dodgers are literally swooning over the Galactic Rogue (male), talking about how beautiful he is. Sadly, eventually the show got cancelled because unreleased episodes were too "controversial".
