After seeing so many Dutchies at Midwest Furfest, I feel in love with this species and on the plane ride home I designed this little beauty, and their(her) name is Catillion!

Likes - RAVES!, all the bleps, cookies, rum, haunting evil humans on Terra, eating said evil humans’ souls, and obsessively cracking glowsticks.
Dislikes - vegetables, the color pink, waiting (on anything)
Personality - Catillion is the embodiment of party animal and will jump on any chance to party! Although, she abhors humans who do evil, especially when doing so willingly, and haunts these humans until she finds enough of their motivations to get a hold on their soul and consume it whole; which renders them no longer a threat to anyone else. Outside of this, she helps other humans in any way she can, including flying desperate ones to wherever they need to go in an instant!
Background - The human Catillion was attatched to when she was still alive on Terra was murdered when he was defending his home from a robber, and having witnessed this atrocity firsthand made Catillion begin to hate humans of this robber’s cut of cloth; even more so when the robber did the same to her. The intensity of her hatred is what made her manifest as the Angel Dragon she is today, but led to her immediate corruption and tainted her calico coat with colors fit for the underworld. She hunted down her owner’s murderer and ripped out his soul upon seeing the pile of her late owner’s possessions. She wandered Terra as a ghost for a long time, doing in more evildoers as she went, until she met Anrosi who led her down a more lighthearted path (namely luring her with cookies into a manifestation circle that gave Catillion a physical form). After meeting this Phoenix Cat, Catillion lightened up some, literally! Her red patches began to glow whenever she became excited or happy!
