Let me explain. If you haven't noticed, Neu's a bit of a shapeshifter, although he doesn't use the ability much. So I figured, after all the DNA that  selth and  twilightmaster have pumped into him () Neu ends up using that DNA to engineer his own dragon form. ;)

This was done via the Google Wave preview, collaborating with both Selth and TM, and it was so much fun. I only wish I had more use for it! I know the resulting document isn't much, but we had a great discussion on what we liked on dragons as well. ;3
