Like i said before i was going to get to these two soon or later, And i decided to dive into my sadistic side for this one~ You see the batteries next to them powers the building....and the chairs and hands they are strapped in and when you tickle a electric type they tend to let out Excess electricty so while they are howling for mercy The chairs won't stop until they pass out that could be a awhile~ And while we all could stop it i don't think anyone wants to ;)
