This is a very quick picture of the current suit I am working on. It's a lady wolf. With any luck I will have it 100% by the end of the week. If I burn the midnight oil I may have pictures of the complete head tonight. All the major work is done, and its down to the little details that need to be done. I have a little more shaving to do, and just placing the lips, eyes, etc..
If you are wondering about the paper, it's there to refract light. With the dark, porous fur you could not see any of the definition. I just threw those in there so you could get a better perspective of shape, and contrast. when the sun is up tomorrow I will bust out the SLR and get some good pictures.

It's been quite some time since I made a k9, I was a tad nervous. With animals that are not as well known, or drawn as often you have a little more room to play around with the shapes. With a k9s it seems like the shapes are so used so much that if you botch it a little, then it is very noticeable.
The only reason it took this long from the last suit was
1. work a full time job..
And
2. Had to wait 2 weeks for the fur to come in... I ended up buying the fur from a friend, and canceled the order.
