Scuro Luce has two goals in his long life: Knowledge, and power. Which, could be argued to be the same thing. These are both attributes critical to a kitsune.

The large nine-tailed fox keeps an even face, showing minimal emotion, and makes a point of keeping himself shrouded in an aura of mystery. Something hides in his past, and something also waits in his future... Scuro waits patiently for the day to come where both will be revealed.

Proud of his sleek, elegant, slowly waving tails, and even prouder of his power, Scuro cares not for physical contact, nor sappy feelings. Swearing love is not meant for a being such as himself, he instead plots bigger things.

Debate has been made on which category Scuro Luce falls into - kitsune, or nogitsune. The latter being one who has fallen away from the honoured standards of the kitsune, one who is not bound by restrictions of such, usually because of their own rebellion. A nogitsune is freer to do as he wishes, which can possibly make him more dangerous than his kitsune counterpart.

To back up his heritage of the legendary foxes of power and knowledge, Scuro boasts quite a few powers he has gained over the many centuries, including teleportation, varied dark powers, varied light powers (as suggested by his name, Italian for "Dark Light"), and the ability to search your soul for light or darkness. He also often has knowledge of things that he has not even witnessed himself, through sources unknown.
