Tobias is a 24 year old cyborg anthropomorphic peregrine falcon. He's capable of flying several times the speed of sound, and has some enhanced senses and intelligence due to his cybernetics. He can attach himself directly to most machines using a specialized neural interface. As you can see here, he normally just uses it to listen to music or play games on his phone or computer. :P
