Sometimes good things happen while bored at work like getting an idea to work a while on, let see how far I will take this idea. so yea the two circles are the "eyes", and the lines and glow in it is whatever the energy its powered by. In a way its one of those big static orbs that just spikes fluffies furs for being near it or touching. and yea I got lazy for background but wanted something.( recycling is op)
