Torqueonus is an original character inspired by the Gearbox title Battleborn.
Basic stats:
Species: Thrall
Serial Number: K.24-c.236
Gender: Male
Height: 10 ft 2 in
Sexuality: Tired/gay
Romance: Also Tired/gay
Age: 67
Birthday: Aug. 25th, 19893
Occupation: He is a Lieutenant under Hylis’s colours, but lately he’s been put out to pasture as an Imperial Guard. Compared to his old work of overseeing and participating in the suffering of turncoats and traitors, security on the Imperial ships is a light, incredibly dull, duty. He is given free time, as a part of his reward for being a devoted minion, but it is also believed that no one cares about the goings on of an old Thrall.
Alignment: Neutral Neutral
Weapons: Dual, ornate Bonecrusher maces. The blades are curled to mimic his horns, including his hooked augments. The hooked augments on his curled back horns also enable him to gore. However, his weapons are pristine, so sharp it seems he has not used them. After an incident consisting of a drug trip caused by the accidental ingestion of Mortus’s blood and a crystalline bear bite, Torque has the curious reaction to being stabbed to turn into a lion-like Thrallbeast (similar, but not the same as a Lynel from Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.) The beast is sentient, but unable to speak due to musculature. The transformation process causes him to lash out at those around him due to the pain of it. He follows werewolf rules: cannot be killed unless the fatal wound is delivered with gold.
Personality: Torque is not happy with his lot in life, but he believes that he is too old to do anything to fix that. He’s been serving Rendain’s motives as long as he can remember. Sober, he is a stoic, passive Thrall. He keeps to himself mostly, but treats others with due respect. Drunk, he is an emotional mess. He is rude, stubborn and aggressive. His lot in life has gotten better, falling in love with a local hacker clone of the Galahadrim variety. He eventually leaves his post in the Imperium to join the Varelsi Hunters instead
