I was intrigued by the notion to ask Arania to work in expanding the lore and story about the character. To start things off we went with a rather lengthy introduction to it. A look at how Marie Schwarz would become the infamous Krampus that dispense punishment to the naughty children of the town.
Page 15 - Focusing on the hand holding the bundle, she can still feel the magic of the ritual flowing into her from it. She remembers she can still stop the change and return back to normal. But then she remembers the unruly children back at the village. Their faces initially anger her, but then the will of the Krampus flared up making her excited at the prospect of punishing them. That surge of excitement also causes a lump to form at the rear of the skirt of the growing tail.
