Another Tough Fighter Girl, Though this is Kotaro's Friend that he grew up with. But she's a little more dangerous than he is. ;D Kotaro may have Power and Endurance, but Roxana is more Skilled and Speed than he is. The Reason why, is because "♫ She knows Hapkido. ♫" :3 And she doesn't hold back either lol. Though that's mean of her to stomp on that Spearow guy after he was already down on the ground. xD Not even Kotaro is that mean to hit a downed opponent.
people said that they wanted to see a Female Linoone instead of a male version, but still, I need a Childhood friend for Kotaro, so i had to tough her up a bit. She acts like a tomboy but yeah, She might have a crush on Kotaro, but Kotaro will be oblivious to it, of course...
