well there is a few issue with that as he is still on the ground, he's not flying.

and he isn't a building neither so... i think it would be considered an free-falling animal and so the rules are...

I know right! I LOVE my job and our female just had pups and they are SO cute and cool heh ^^ Anyway, those fences are, they are 10 foot and are the tallest at the center I work at, when they stand up they realistically can be about 6 foot!
