This was a request by someone over on deviantART who wanted a Tempest and Celestia kiss. They’re getting pretty into it. I didn’t draw Celestia’s jewelry and stuff because it’s a more casual setting and tbh I’m not that good at drawing her jewelry. Anyway, enjoy!
