Kakiookami For the technical side, it was inspired mostly by anime school backgrounds xD First time using refs like these but it was fun <3
Descrption by Kakiookami:
This is a picture of Darjeet Manor, which resides in the universe of the Uneepa saga, being written by Brandon, aka Taylor the Darjeet. Built throughout an expansion book series, The Darjeets Of Araqurin, the large building complex was constructed within Darjeet Isle( Black-Paws territory) first in mind as a winter refuge for the first few generations of the skin water dragons and their families. However as their numbers grew over the years, the building was contentiously built larger with add-ons to accommodate more rooms and facilities, as well turned into a boarding school institution. It also is used by the community for events, and for regular discussions among their tribal form of government and council. In this pic, you see a flourish of activity from both adults and pups, as well two individuals from two separate species. The Darjeet with Glasses and the bag, is Mis, Margret, a character that comes along towards the end, and afterwards from of the Darjeets of Araqurin books while the other fellow on her right is an Gernisi Water Dragon, the Darjeets ancestors, creators, and the main residents on their planet, Araqurin, though by this point at time are both consider equals in intelligence's and stature years after the books events had transpire.

It is hard to imagine a society with two co-existing cultures that have nothing more than a friendly rivalry between them (namely how one is clothed and the other nude -- I could totally visualize Margret's posture as saying "you do know I'm nude, right?") ... as in real history, large scale differences/rivalries more often led to hostility.
But maybe that's part of the appeal to fantasy settings.

I wanted to showcase the differences between an advance species(Gernisi Water Dragon on the right) To the Darjeets, that are basically still in an early tribal state. This scene is set around 60 to 70 years after the Darjeets were set free from their first book(Still being worked on). They started out as fully Feral, so that why many still don't prefer clothes, though some are coming around to the idea by this point.
