This pic is just so awesome, and even more now colored!
I really want to help this big balloon and tease this poor suicune... And maybe turn the pump off, but maybe they won't survive, even after that :3

nice choice of the balloon it look really cute how blue in stars is the balloon really suit him .

back when I did the original sketch, the point was for it to be a really cheap crappy suicune balloon, so it's low detail and missing the ribbons, so yes, they are missing, but that was intentional.

don't worry i know what was the point but i still found it funny that i was able to pick up on that thing like it was something ultra bad you know like dumb way .

anyway i think he wold look cute if the tail wasn't a balloon but a ribbon , a white cute ribbon tie up to his knot .
