Spent three weeks on a fishing boat once. Once...
For three miserable weeks I couldn't walk straight, sleep, hold anything down or even think. The only times I was halfway functional were when I had work to do--something I could focus on. I stumbled off that boat $11,000 dollars richer and nearly twenty pounds less than when I was before the trip.
I found out that I'm not the seagoing type.

Been there! -Although pride requires me to mention that I was also coming down with a flu at the time.
Either way I was 'consoled' with the knowledge that I made one of the other passengers' trip complete by fulfilling the seasick trope. Actually, his attitude reminds me of that sailor a bit..
