I'm really pleased with the idea of making my team leader a sabrecat. Sabrecats had the most tank-like physique and I think I managed to convey it pretty well in my original picture of him. Anyhow, I was procrastinating and I wanted to do some more muscle practice so I figured I'd take another look at him. He only has stripes on his arms and neck, not on his back or stomach.
Sabre is not young by any reckoning, but what he's lost in speed and endurance from his youth, he's more than made up for in strength and experience. With decades of fighting across the most brutal theatres of combat behind him, there isn't much that can still surprise him and anything that gets in the team's way is probably something Sabre has already had to kill before at some point.
Resolved a few problems with the way I draw abdominals on anthro characters with fur in this.
